"I recently ordered veg fried rice from Haldiram, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. While eating, I found piece of thread in the food. I immediately informed the staff, but instead of taking it seriously, the person simply ignored it and said, “It’s nothing.” This kind of response is unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Haldiram. Food safety and hygiene should be the top priority. I even have pictures as proof. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures better quality control in the future. Very disappointed with the service this time."

"I am writing this review to appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff at Haldiram’s. I visited the restaurant with my family for dinner today, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the delicious food. After reaching home, I received a call informing me that I had left my bag at the restaurant. The bag contained my wallet, cash, debit and credit cards, PAN card, ID cards, and several other valuable items. Fortunately, the staff noticed it and quickly found my contact number from an old bill kept in my purse. I rushed back and was relieved to find my bag completely intact. I sincerely thank Mr. Yadav and the entire team for their honesty, smart thinking, and prompt action. I highly recommend this Haldiram’s branch for their excellent service and trustworthy staff."

"One of the Worst restaurants i have visited and experienced in recent past. Service i would have rated in negative but no option. Delayed order by 40 minutes but no regrets no rush. Staff seems chilled get lost you bloody customer was the attitude. Same chef on for bhature same for dosa. Taste also not at all good. Only thing you get is ambience outside. Missed out mentioning been there for 3rd time every time super worst experience. Manager also chilling out instead of finding issues in the restaurant."

"Overall decent experience. The snacks were not fresh and warm. There is usually a discount on snacks and sweets. Parking space available. Located inside paras mall. Most north indian dishes available. You can also find packed savory items like bhujiya etc inside and also variety of cookies and chocolates."
